Order Confirmation
Thank you for your purchase!
Your order is being processed and a copy of your transaction has been sent to your email address.
Stock products are usually shipped in 2 - 3 business days. This includes plain Air Dancers, blowers, plain Vendor Tents, Cloudbuster Balloons, Pennants or any other stock product that is not custom printed.
If you ordered any custom printed products:
- Email your print ready files, Vector artwork with the extension .Ai, .Eps or .pdf to mitch@airdancers.ca along with a brief description of your desired layout. You could also download the template from the product page and do the layout yourself if you have the capability.
- a mock up will be sent to the email address provided. You must approve the mock up prior to construction and will have as many revisions to the design until ready to proceed. Once artwork has been approved, custom orders may not be changed.
Custom orders require approximately 1 week construction time form artwork approval.
You will receive notification and a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Please note: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. If you have entered a P.O Box as your shipping address, your order will be delayed until we can obtain a valid shipping address.
